Personal data is all kinds of information which can in some way be traced back to you. When you use our website, we collect and process various such data. It happens, for example, when you access normal content such as registering for our newsletter, using our contact form, participating in competitions or surveys, registering as a user or subscriber, using other services or making purchases via the website.

We usually collect and process the following types of data: A unique ID and technical data about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP address, your geographical location as well as which pages you click on (interests). In so far as you provide explicit consent and enter the data yourself, the following personal data is also processed: Name, telephone number, email address, postal address and payment information. This will typically take place when setting up a login or when making purchases.

We have implemented technical and organisational measures to protect your data from accidentally or illegally being deleted, published, lost, impaired or disclosed to third parties, abused or otherwise processed contrary to legislation.

Purpose

The data is used to identify you as a user, and to display ads which are most likely to be of relevance to you, to register your purchases and payments as well as to be able to deliver the services you have requested, such as sending out newsletters. In addition, we use the data to optimize our services and content.

Storage period

The data is stored for the period of time permitted by law, and is deleted by us when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the data and the reason for storing it. It is therefore not possible to provide general details on when information is deleted.

Disclosure of information

Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive, and possibly which ads you click on, as well as your geographical location, gender and age segment etc., are disclosed to third parties in so far as this information is known. You can see which third parties are involved in the cookies section. The data is used for targeting advertising.

Moreover, we use a number of third parties for data storage and data processing. These third parties only process data on our behalf, and must not use the data for their own purposes.

Disclosure of personal data such as name and email address etc. will only happen provided you have given your consent. We only use data processors in the EU/EEA or in countries which can provide adequate data protection.

Insight and complaints

You are entitled to be told which personal data we hold and process about you. Moreover, you can at any time object to this data being used. You can also withdraw your consent to data about you being processed. If the data about you which is being processed is incorrect, you are entitled to have the data corrected or deleted.
