JUSTSEN Superheated Steam Boilers (CHP)

We offer a range of superheated steam boilers. Their purpose is primarily for operation with steam turbines to produce electricity with residual thermal energy as either hot water or saturated steam. They are all bespoke boilers optimized to suit individual client needs with regards to capacity, superheated steam temperature, emission standards and automation.

Superheated Steam Boiler type JUE-CHP 4

Superheated steam up to 480 ⁰C and working pressure up to 80.0 bar(a).

This construction gives the greatest amount of freedom with regards to capacities and pressure. The steam drum is made without flue gas tubes and the steam is being created in steam tubes. The steam drum has a water table that the steam “bubbles through”.

Superheated steam up to 480 ⁰C and working pressure up to 45.0 bar(a).

The steam drum is equipped with flue gas tubes. The large radiation chamber makes it possible to equip the boiler with several super-heater layers. The limiting factor with regards to working pressure is the plate thickness of the steam drum.

Superheated Steam Boiler type JUE-CHP 2

Superheated steam up to 310 ⁰C and working pressure up to 25.0 bar(a).

The steam drum is equipped with flue gas tubes. The super-heater is placed in the radiation chamber and is normally not equipped with water injection for controlling the superheating of the steam. The boiler is ideal for producing electricity as an add-on to saturated process steam.

Superheated Steam Boiler type JUE-CHP 1

Superheated steam up to 280 ⁰C and working pressure up to 19.9 bar(a).

The steam drum is equipped with flue gas tubes. The super-heater is placed in the reversing chamber of the steam drum. The boiler is ideal for producing electricity as an add-on to saturated process steam.
