Welders
Qualifications and competences:
- Welding certificate
- Experience from the metalworking industry
- Understanding 3D layout drawings
- Danish and preferably good English skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Oriented on delivering high quality of work results
Main duties:
- Cutting, grinding and welding steel parts
- Planning own workload to meet deadlines
- Report to the workshop supervisor

Qualifications and competences
- Relevant education, for example, degree/certificate in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in boiler and related equipment maintenance or service operations
- Understanding of biomass combustion processes is strongly preferred
- Danish and good English skills
- Ability to travel to jobsites around the world (can include weekends and holidays)
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
Main duties
- Supervise installation and commissioning of boiler systems
- Prepare and communicate detailed mechanical scopes of work
- Make decisions to prevent problems and solve any that arise
- Perform schooling of the on-site staff
- Service the existing boiler plants and prepare recommendations for an upgrade
- Report to a project manager or the After Sales Manager (depends on the role)

Internship
Justsen has been supporting students in writing a thesis and providing internships for many years. Every year Justsen welcomes new interns to apply their knowledge to practice. Students, for example from Aarhus School of Marine and Technical Engineering (Aarhus Maskinmesterskole), have fully benefited from this opportunity. The interns get ‘real-life’ tasks to work on in an international environment. As an organization, Justsen has a lean structure making communication and work experience more efficient across the company. All Justsen employees and interns are included in the company’s social activities and events.
Not only have our interns graduated with top grades but also been able to secure themselves permanent job positions right after graduation.
