We offer bespoke solutions for using waste as fuel, such as contaminated wood waste. Justsen WID/IED boilers can be designed for hot water or saturated steam as described under those headings.

A waste incineration problem involves various phases where the correct solution is decided between the relevant authorities, the customer and Justsen. Compared to a boiler system designed for fuel classified as biomass, a waste incineration project will consist of the following additional equipment: start-up/supporting oil burner, refractory lined after-combustion chamber for retention of flue gases at minimum 850 ⁰C for no less than 2 seconds, lime dosing equipment, active carbon dosing equipment, bag filter in special execution, emission monitoring equipment and reporting module.
