Hot Water Boiler type JUE-FVB

Capacity up to 15 MW. Ideal for fresh wood chips or energy crops with a high moisture content. Designed with a high degree of automation for extended intervals between stops for manual cleaning.

The JUE-FVB boilers have been installed in several district heating plants around the world. The rectangular and counter-current design of the grate and combustion chamber is ideal for wet wood chips with up to 60% moisture based on the total weight. As standard the boilers are equipped with combustion air preheating, ash riddling system, compressed air cleaning for boiler tubes, stainless steel reinforcements in the ignition zone and ceramic tiles. To allow a wider range of fuel moisture, typically 20-60% moisture, the boilers can be equipped with flue gas recirculation to cool down the combustion when the boilers are operating in the lower end of the fuel moisture spectrum.

Hot Water Boiler type JUE-GVB

Capacity up to 20 MW. Ideal for all types of biomass fuels. Designed with a high degree of automation for extended intervals between stops for manual cleaning.

The JUE-GVB boilers have been installed in several district heating plants around the world. The upright radiation part with addition of secondary combustion air through fins in the water tube constriction is ideal for volatile or dry biomass based fuels. As standard the boilers are equipped with, ash riddling system, compressed air cleaning for boiler tubes, stainless steel reinforcements in the ignition zone. To allow a wider range of fuel moisture, the boilers can be equipped with ceramic tiles and combustion air preheating to increase the allowable fuel moisture, as well as flue gas recirculation to cool down the combustion when the boilers are operating in the lower end of the fuel moisture spectrum.

Hot Water Boiler type JUE-TDC-F

Capacity up to 30 MW. Designed for versatility as the combustion system can be adapted for all types of biomass fuels. The boiler consists of a separate grate/radiation section, horizontal convection part and vertical flue gas economizer. The boiler is available in both high pressure hot water and saturated steam versions.

To allow a wider range of fuel moisture, the boilers can be equipped with combustion air preheating increase the allowable fuel moisture and flue gas recirculation to cool down the combustion when the boilers are operating in the lower end of the fuel moisture spectrum.
