Justsen Energiteknik A/S is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specializing in biomass boiler systems. We work through our technical partners in selected markets and together we deliver complete biomass boiler plant projects and after sales support. With our long-lasting partnerships worldwide, we have been able to carry out most complex projects successfully and have been doing so for sixty years. We focus on doing what we are best at and trust our technical partner with local works to be able to offer a competitive price to the buyer as well as to fulfill environmental requirements. We design and manufacture advanced biomass boiler systems. There may be a long time from design and planning phase to project’s implementation, but with Justsen you get support all the way. Each Justsen boiler is 90% manufactured in Denmark. Justsen Energiteknik A/S is a Danish owned company with its headquarters and production located in Aarhus, the second largest city of Denmark.

MILESTONES
Justsen celebrates the 60th anniversary.
Justsen acquires and revives Euro Therm A/S. A wholly-owned subsidiary.
Euro Therm 2019 A/S established in July.
Registration of a subsidiary in Australia, Justsen Pacific Pty Ltd.
The launch of a new hot water boiler line ARGUS Vertical for wet wood chips and bark. The first plant running on this new technology is a 2.6 MW district heating plant, Løsning Fjernvarme, in Denmark.
Justsen developed its own bag filters. Today, there are many plants successfully running with the new bag filters, which are designed for both indoors and outdoors use and have an innovative internal bypass system.
Justsen entered the Latin American market and installed several large-scale steam boiler systems for multinational customers.
Acquisition of the boiler manufacturing company Argusfyr Energiteknik A/S. The ARGUS brand name being kept for standardized hot water boilers from 2012.
The first cyclone based flue gas cleaning system was delivered to comply with new clean air legislation.
Danish national television aired a documentary following Lise Justsen, one of the first female CEO’s in the energy business.
The first oil crisis meant that residual waste from the wood working industry could compete with fossil fuels. Bindslev Listefabrik ordered the first boiler to deliver heat through the district heating network.
After the untimely death of Bent, the management of the company was taken over by his wife, Lise Justsen.
The company was founded by electrical engineer Bent Justsen, a newly certified inspector of oil heating plants and a licensed mechanic.
